First order and re-order: Orders under $250.00 Credit Card only unless terms are established.
All net-30 terms must be secured with valid credit card on file.
NO COD orders accepted.
Any and all discounts are void if invoices are not paid within said term.
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer from FOB point.

All orders shipped FOB New Jersey.
Merchandise returns must have RA no. and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
